4. Congenital & Hereditary Conditions

We stand behind the health of our puppies.

• If a licensed veterinarian diagnoses a serious congenital or hereditary condition within a specified time frame, buyers must notify us immediately.

• Documentation from a licensed veterinarian is required.

• Any resolution will be handled fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

5. Exclusions

This Health Guarantee does not cover:

• Minor illnesses such as colds or parasites treatable by standard care

• Conditions caused by neglect, injury, or improper care

6. No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of live animals:

• Puppies cannot be returned once adopted
